This break is only possible with good planning and communication.\n<\/p>\n As Marion shared, \u201cWe are transparent with our clients on the break dates and we ensure that critical projects are completed beforehand.\u201d\n<\/p>\n We believe in creating a culture that respects people. Our year-end breaks offer us the time to rest, spend time with family or go on a vacation.
