129 exemplary hospitality and hotel staff were conferred the Service Gold Award 2024 at an award ceremony today. A special Gracious Guest award was also presented to Jeremy Boanson-James for being a wonderful guest at the Pullman Singapore Hill Street.

Mr Alvin Tan, Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry, and Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, officiated the ceremony and presented the awards to the deserving winners.

Congratulations to all the award winners for being bestowed this remarkable honour, and congratulations to Singapore Kindness Movement and the Singapore Hotel Association for co-hosting the awards.
